Datacurve provides the frontier coding data that powers the world's most advanced models. We absorb and standardize deeply, highly-specialized knowledge to create the world's first autonomous data engine, allowing us to teach the next generation of models (big and small) mastery across all types of knowledge work. We work with foundational labs and large, highly-specialized enterprises alike.
About the Role
As a member of the Operations & Growth team, you own the human engine that powers Datacurve's data systems. High-quality data requires high-quality human intelligence, and your job is to source, scale, and orchestrate the world's finest minds to fuel our engine. You will design the systems to recruit and retain elite contributors, manage the execution of domain-specific “quests,” and ensure our contributors are supported to do their best work.
Beyond the contributor network, you will keep the operational wheels turning by tightening our sales motions, and building deep trust with the frontier labs we serve. You ensure that every promising data pipeline has the volume, logistical support, and relationship management it needs to compound over time.
What we're looking for
- Operational Velocity: A master of execution who can manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects simultaneously without dropping the ball.
- Relational Excellence: Natural empathy and communication skills, with a knack for building trust with both elite technical contributors and frontier AI labs.
- Systems Optimizer: An obsession with building tight, repeatable processes, optimizing CRMs, and scaling human networks smoothly.
What you'll do
- Scale, vet, and retain Datacurve's global network of elite subject matter experts and contributors.
- Manage contributor workflows (“quests”), feedback loops, and operational execution to ensure pipeline volume matches demand.
- Own and optimize our internal sales operations, CRM management, and business development motions.
- Act as the primary bridge between external labs, internal research teams, and our contributor community to ensure flawless execution.
